The Board of Trustees of the Amman Baccalaureate School comprises 12 members who are appointed at the invitation of the Chairperson after nomination and voting by the Board members, for a four-year term renewable for one term.  This term may be renewable for one more term.  The PTA representative serves a fixed term of two years on the Board. The Principal is an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees.
